Our Philosophy

Every time we’re in the airport, we have a moment, looking at the hundreds of people walking by, and think about how each and every person has a story. An in depth story, of family, and values, hardships, of love lost and love found. Relationships, experiences, fears, passions, inside jokes. We’re always wondering where everyone is going, who they call when they land, who has immense meaning to them. We all have a story. We think about this more and more especially after shooting weddings for quite some time. After spending such an intimate day with people who become such close friends, and seeing how the day unfolds. Seeing and feeling the stories that you all have. Your wedding day is entirely yours. You, your fiancé and your loved ones are entirely different from anyone else. You have been through different experiences together, through ups and downs and you have your very own version of love. We want to capture that. We want to give you something to hold on to. For your loved ones to hold on to, to add to the stories of you, to make a difference. You won’t see us directing, or putting you in a pose that isn't you. But you will see us capturing the way your Dad is looking at you as you put on the final touches before walking down the aisle. Maybe the way he’s always looked at you, since you were a little girl. Waiting for this moment. That moment is yours. You will see us capturing your expression, as you see your fiancé for the first time on your wedding day. Thinking back to when you very first met, and the smile behind their eyes that you saw then, and you see now, standing across from you, exchanging vows. The depth and the layers, you will see us digging deep to capture that. This is your day, your love, your stories and feelings. We’re so incredibly curious and fascinated by this. We want to know you, we want to know how you love, and what it took for you to get here. To get to this place, of letting your guard down, to make one of the biggest commitments of your life. To choosing love, and choosing your partner to spend your days with, to share your life with. We want to bring your story into the light.
